Yoga is more than movement - it’s a way of

teacher and Reiki practitioner, I guide students

connection - both on the mat and in daily life.
With a background in trauma-informed yoga,
my approach is grounded yet intuitive, offering

stillness. My yoga classes encourage mindful

my Reiki sessions provide a space for deep
